HotShots Facility Usage: Terms & Conditions

1. Facility Usage

1.1 HotShots is an immersive driving range facility intended for recreational use.

1.2 Users must comply with all safety instructions, rules, and regulations provided by HotShots staff.

1.3 The facility can on occasion be temporarily closed or restricted due to maintenance, repair, or other operational requirements.

1.4 Upon entering the facility, you will be required to present your HotShots entry ticket and will be provided with a HotShots armband. By presenting this ticket to gain access and accepting the HotShots armband, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions set out below and our Website Terms & Conditions

1.5 By entering HotShots, you consent that any pictures or videos taken of you while at the facility can be used for marketing purposes. You have the right to request these images be removed.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Users must be at least 12 years old or accompanied by a responsible adult to access the facility.

2.2 Minors (under 12 years) must be supervised by an adult at all times. DRIVING RANGES CAN BE DANGEROUS FOR MINORS THAT ARE UNSUPERVISED. Adults supervising these Minors accept full responsibility for the movements of these Minors while at the facility.

2.3 No alcohol will be sold to any person under the age of 18.

2.4 Users and companions are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the premises.

3. Safety

3.1 HotShots prioritizes safety. Users must adhere to all safety guidelines and exercise caution while using the facility.

3.2 Users are responsible for using the facility and equipment in a safe and responsible manner, which includes being cautious when approaching the range bays and maintaining proper proximity on the range. Swinging golf clubs and flying golf balls can be dangerous.

3.3 HotShots reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who fails to comply with safety instructions or poses a risk to themselves or others.

4. Equipment

4.1 HotShots provides golf balls and equipment for use within the facility. These golf balls cannot be removed from the facility.

4.2 Users must return all clubs provided to the designated areas after use. Clubs are not allowed to leave the HotShots clubhouse, i.e., they may not be taken onto the range or the 9-hole mashie course.

4.3 Damage to equipment - damaged shafts will be charged at R250 and damaged club heads will be charged at R300

4.4 Users cannot remove HotShots branded glasses, plates, etc. from the HotShots clubhouse.

4.5 Users are liable for any damage or loss of HotShots equipment due to misuse or negligence.

4.6 Golf bags are not permitted into the facility.

4.7 No firearms are permitted in the facility.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 HotShots reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

6. Liability

6.1 HotShots is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur to you or any companion on its premises.

6.2 Users acknowledge and accept any risks associated with using the driving range facility. DRIVING RANGES CONTAIN SWINGING GOLF CLUBS AND FLYING GOLF BALLS. BOTH CAN BE DANGEROUS IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE FOR MINORS. ADULTS MUST SUPERVISE MINORS AT ALL TIMES.

6.3 HotShots recommends that users have appropriate personal insurance coverage.

6.4 You or your companions will be held liable for any damage to equipment or furniture caused by you or the companion.

7. Conduct

7.1 Users must behave responsibly and respectfully towards others while using the facility.

7.2 Any misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate expulsion from the premises.

8. Personal Belongings

8.1 HotShots does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings within its premises.

8.2 Users are advised to secure their personal belongings and not leave them unattended.

9. Changes and Termination

9.1 HotShots reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

9.2 Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes.

10. Operating Hours

10.1 HotShots holds the right to adjust or change operating hours without notice.

10.2 You or your companions may not stay over the allocated bay time booked unless otherwise instructed by HotShots staff.

10.3 HotShots staff hold the right to remove you from the premises if necessary.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

11.2 Any disputes arising from the use of HotShots facilities shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
