Vodacom World of Golf Staff vs Members

PROGRAMME FOR THE DAY:

17h45 – 18h15:
Arrival and Registration with Kevin / Tracy at the Guest Service Desk (Vodacom World of Golf)
Meet and greet on the lower terrace at Café Mulligan

18h15 – 18h30:
Groups to be made up by the Events Manager (Kevin)

Competition Format:
Ryder Cup – Individual Matchplay rules apply

Handicaps:
Players may play off 50% of their SAGA handicap (rounded down) i.e. SAGA handicap is 18. 50% of 18 = 9. If you do not have a SAGA handicap you will be required to play off scratch for the round. Please ensure that you bring written proof of your handicap.

18h30 – 20h30:
Hole numbers will be allocated to each participant at the start at and who they will be playing against, once the siren is sounded as a shotgun start, play may begin.
18 holes to be played (twice around the PlaymoregolfSA with Vodacom Wedge & Putt Course)

Failure to Arrive:
If a person fails to arrive, full game points will be allocated to the opponent!

20h30: After the Game:
A meal will be served immediately after the game, either on the lower terrace (weather permitting) or in the lounge. The game should take about 90 minutes to complete.

Prizes will be awarded to the team with the most game points!

1 point will be awarded for an individual win
½ point will be awarded for any individual match that is drawn

Closing Date for RSVP:

There are only 22 spots available for the team and the closing date for this event is Friday 19 February 2010.
